“Custom designs”: Refers to digital embroidery files created specifically upon the customer’s request.

2. Website Use

2.1. Access and Acceptance: By using Johan’sdesigns.shop, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Custom Digital Embroidery Design Services

3.1. Ordering Process:

  • You may request a custom digital embroidery design through the process described on the website.
  • You must provide the necessary information and files (images, sketches, details) for us to create the design.
  • We will provide a quote and an estimated delivery time.

3.2. Revisions: A limited number of revisions is included in the agreed price to ensure your satisfaction. Specific revision terms will be communicated during the quoting process.

3.3. Delivery: Once the final design is approved and full payment is received, we will send you the digital embroidery file in the agreed format (e.g., DST, PES, JEF, etc.) to the email address provided.

3.4. Non-Refundable: Due to the personalized nature of these digital products, payments for custom digital embroidery designs are non-refundable once work has begun or the final file has been delivered, unless there is an irreparable error attributable to us.

4. License for Purchased Digital Embroidery Designs

4.1. Limited Personal and Commercial Use License:
When you purchase a custom digital embroidery design from Johan’sdesigns.shop, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Use the digital file to embroider physical products for personal use.
  • Embroider physical products for small-scale commercial sale (generally up to 200 units per design).

You are NOT permitted to:

  • Resell, distribute, share, or transfer the digital file in any form.
  • Modify the digital file for resale or distribution.
  • Upload the design to print-on-demand platforms or digital product marketplaces.
  • Claim the design as your own original creation.

4.2. Ownership of the Original Design: Copyright ownership of the original digital design remains with Johan’sdesigns.shop. You are purchasing a usage license, not ownership of the file itself.

5. Educational Content

5.1. Purpose: The educational content provided on Johan’sdesigns.shop is intended for informational and teaching purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice, and we do not guarantee specific results from its application.

5.2. Accuracy: We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of our educational content for any particular purpose. Use of the information is at your own risk.

6. Payments

6.1. Prices: Prices for designs and services are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice. Custom design quotes are valid for a specified period.

6.2. Currency: All prices and transactions will be conducted in the specified currency (e.g., COP or USD).
